We believe that the Bible is the inherent and inspired Word of God, written by man through the work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of the authors. We believe the Bible reveals God and His character through His words, showing His plan and desire for all to come to salvation in the Old and New Testaments.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17, 2 Peter 1:20–21)
We believe in one God who is personified in three distinct persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the Trinity as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with Jesus being the Son of God who became flesh to reconcile mankind back to God.
(Matthew 28:19, John 1:1–14, Isaiah 45:5, Matthew 4:10)
We believe that all people are made in the image of God and worthy of love. We believe all people are born into sin and have no way to save themselves based on their own actions and good deeds, so all people need the Savior Jesus Christ.
(Genesis 1:26–27, Romans 3:23)
We believe salvation is the Free Gift of God for all, made possible by the shedding of Christ's blood on the cross and Christ taking on the sins of the world, so all who come to him will find reconciliation with God. We believe salvation can only come from God and can not be earned by the actions of any person. We believe in grace through faith alone.
(John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8–10)
We believe that the local church is a group of saved believers who come together for worship, fellowship, service, and discipleship. We believe that the church is the body of Christ and Christ is the head of the church.
(Acts 2:41–42, Colossians 1:17-20)
